Romantic Retreats was founded in 2007 by husband and wife team Konrad and Claire van Grinsven.
After spending hours of trawling through brochures and website listings searching for that perfect romantic holiday cottage for our own holiday we decided it was time to create our own website with the ultimate handpicked collection of the cutest, most stylish or simply most romantic holiday cottages.
We're still in the very early stages with the website and it will take time to grow and add features but we are aiming to have a comprehensive website by spring 2008.
