Ideally located to explore the northern lakes, 11 miles from the popular Lake District town of Keswick, which has one of the most attractive backdrops in the Lake District, and 7 miles from the market town of Penrith.

There are numerous gentle walks available, and for the more adventurous, day long hikes to the summits of Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn. A superb location for a holiday at any time of year.
