Sleeps 2 - A very special romantic retreat within the North York Moors National Park and only 10 minutes from the coast – Lavender Cottage is a beautifully appointed period property completely and tastefully refurbished, combining vintage finds, seaside paintings, local antiques and lots of luxurious fabrics.
An eye for detail and design is obvious here – from a lovely contemporary kitchen with Emma Bridgewater pottery, to a gorgeous antique French bed; the whole cottage has a homely, comfortable feel.
The cottage has a beautifully landscaped garden with pink old fashioned roses, bay trees, and of course plenty of gorgeously scented lavender! A vintage French table and chairs complete the lovely picture, along with a small chimenea to bbq on or add warmth to extend the evenings outside.
